30 days’ notice
We email every subscriber at least 30 days before a price change applies to them, and the change only starts at your next renewal.
Cancel before it applies
If a new price doesn't work for you, cancel before your renewal and you're never charged the new price.
Your projects never depend on a plan
Recordings and projects stay on your computer. Downgrading or cancelling never deletes anything.
No AI charges
Swamp Dragon never bills for AI. If you connect an assistant over MCP, its provider bills you directly.
Billing questions
Do I need an AI subscription?
No. Recording, editing and exporting work fully offline without any AI. MCP is optional; if you use it, your assistant's provider bills you for that usage.
Is the clip limit the length of my final video?
It's the maximum length of a single recording. The edited video is usually a little shorter after cuts, or longer if you add freeze frames or slow clips down.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Nothing. Projects are folders on your computer and keep working on Free. New exports get the Free watermark and Free limits apply to new recordings.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?

How are prices for skills and plugins set?
Creators set their own prices on the market, from US$1 to US$499. Market purchases are one-time payments to Swamp Dragon, separate from your subscription. Anyone can sell, on any plan.
Who do I pay?
Always Swamp Dragon. Subscriptions and every plugin or skill on the market are paid at Swamp Dragon’s checkout. Creators are paid by us at the end of each month.
